<p>Please call us when you are <strong>20 to 30 minutes away from the airport</strong>, so that our driver can arrive in time to collect your vehicle.<br><br>If you do not call in advance, you may experience a delay and could incur additional waiting charges from the airport</p><p></p><hr><p></p><h3><strong>Important – Birmingham Airport Valet Access Fee</strong></h3><p></p><p>Please note that Birmingham Airport applies a <strong>£6 levy charge</strong> (£3 on arrival and £3 on return) for use of the official valet zone.</p><p></p><p>This is a <strong>mandatory airport charge</strong> and must be paid before arrival. A secure payment link will be sent to your registered phone number before you <strong>arrive at the airport.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Your vehicle cannot be collected at the airport unless this fee has been paid in advance.</strong></p><p></p><hr><p></p><h3><strong>Directions to Collection Point</strong></h3><p></p><p>Make your way to the designated Meet & Greet pick-up point (Sat Nav postcode: <strong>B26 3AW</strong>).</p><p></p><p>As you arrive at the airport, please follow the signs for <strong>“VALET PARKING”</strong>, located just before Car Park 3.</p><p></p><p>Enter through the barrier, where one of our chauffeurs will be ready to greet you and collect your vehicle.</p><p></p><p>Please allow at least <strong>5 minutes to walk to the terminal</strong>.</p><p></p>
