The drop-off procedure couldn’t be smoother. Call the Platinum team on +44 121 769 3451 around 30 minutes before you arrive so the team are ready for you, then follow the signs for ‘Valet Parking’ when you arrive at Birmingham Airport. One of the Platinum drivers will greet you at the meeting point, check in your car, and you can stroll to the terminal. If you have an EV, you can request it to be charged too.
As soon as you land and regain signal, we recommend calling the team to ensure they’re waiting for you at the designated pick-up location. The number will be on your receipt, which is given to you at drop-off – we recommend taking a picture of this and saving the number in case you lose it.
