How it works
The drop-off and return process for Valet Parking Flex Plus. Full operator instructions are sent in your booking confirmation.
On return
Once you're back at Birmingham Airport, make your way back to the Valet Parking cabin, where the attendant will return your keys and show you where your car is parked. Then all you need to do is drive up to the exit, where the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier doesn't raise for you when you exit, speak to a member of staff that's onsite, or press the assistance button and someone will be with you shortly.
