How it works

The drop-off and return process for Meet and Greet Premium Valet. Full operator instructions are sent in your booking confirmation.

On arrival

10 minutes prior to your arrival, call the team on 07970 363964 to let them know you’re nearly there. Follow signs for the Drop Off and Pick Up and drive towards the Transport Interchange, where a member of the Meet and Greet Premium Valet team will meet you. Please ensure you have: - Your car keys - Your booking confirmation - Your return flight details Your vehicle will then be parked in Bristol Airport’s secure, on-site car park for the duration of your trip.

On return

Upon arrival, clear customs and head to the Meet and Greet Reception on Level 2 of the Multi-Storey Car Park, where your vehicle will be waiting nearby. Please bring your receipt to collect your keys. Drive to the exit barrier, where the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) camera will read your number plate and verify your booking.
