On arrival
If your booking falls within the hours of 22:00 - 08:00, for both arrival or returning services, please contact our night phone on 07769 420700. The team will call you approximately 30 minutes before your planned arrival time. If you expect to be early or late please call the team on 01275 332120 and give as much notice as possible. Once you have spoken with a team member, they will liaise with you on when to enter the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park at Bristol Airport. <strong>DO NOT ENTER</strong> the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park <strong>UNTIL</strong> you have been given the go-ahead by a team member. Your booking includes the initial barrier toll exit fee for the driver to be able to remove your vehicle from this car park. This toll only allows for up to 10 minutes within this car park, if you enter earlier than advised, you will incur additional fees. One of our drivers will then meet you in the Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park, and go through your booking information to ensure we have all correct details for your return.
