How it works

The drop-off and return process for Drop & Go Flex. Full operator instructions are sent in your booking confirmation.

On arrival

From Eastfield road turn left into the car park from the roundabout (You will see a big Drop and Go sign at the round about) Follow the road and the arrows around to the entry of the car park and park your car in one of the 8 lanes Go to the Drop & Go Check In Office to check in with a member of staff (self check in kiosks coming soon) Leave your keys and receive a receipt for your return. Head to the customer waiting area for your on demand bus to Edinburgh Airport where you will be dropped at Stance 9.

On return

On your return and after collecting your luggage text your surname to: 07301049927 for your on demand collection from Stance 9 at Edinburgh Airports coach park (Opposite the tram stop) Once you arrive back to the car park head back to the check in area with your key receipt to collect your car keys Then head to the departure bay near by for a quick exit.
