On arrival
Its important you call us when you are 10-15 minutes away from the airport, to advise us your impending arrival at the airport. All customers will need to pay the chauffeur £5.00 (subject to change) on arrival to cover the exit fee from the terminal in their vehicle. Due to airport regulations, we are unable to return vehicles classified as "over-height" to any location other than the designated drop-off area for restricted heights. This area is classified as a drop-off zone by the airport, with a maximum stay of 10 minutes allowed at a cost of £6.00. If the vehicle remains in this zone for more than 10 minutes, a fee of £25.00 will apply.
