1. Booking Agreement
Park Right Ltd, trading as Sky Parking Services, undertakes to act only as an agent for various named airport parking suppliers operating locally at the UK Airports and each individual parking supplier and or car park are responsible for all vehicles parked and in their care.
2. Booking Contract
2.1 - Your parking contract is made with the parking supplier concerned and subject to their terms and conditions. The individual parking supplier will generally accept responsibility for its own negligence where proven. It will not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party and neither will it accept responsibility for your car or anything in it, which is covered by any other insurance policy. Each parking supplier’s terms and conditions are exhibited at each car park or are available on request.
2.2 -Parking suppliers will accept no liability if you do not notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle before you leave the car park.
2.3 - Parking suppliers may require you to use alternative car parks to the ones indicated, particularly at peak periods.
2.4 - It is important that you keep your parking receipt safe whilst on holiday. Parking suppliers may only release your car on production of this receipt or payment of the appropriate amount.
2.5 - The majority of the car park products / services on offer by Sky Parking Services will be located away from the Airports unless otherwise indicated. Sky Parking Services accept no responsibility for customer’s claims for refunds that this information is not openly displayed on the website and the terms and conditions.
2.6 - Bookings for on-airport car parks, car parks situated at hotels and car parks where you are not required to leave your keys, cars are parked at owner’s risk.
2.7 - Sky Parking Services cannot be held responsible and will not accept liability in any circumstances where performance of the contract is prevented by reason of war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions etc.
2.8 - In making your booking you have agreed to be bound by Sky Parking Services Terms and Conditions.
2.9 - You will be required to leave your vehicle keys with the car park staff for all bookings unless otherwise informed or indicated at the time of booking.
2.10 - Please ensure you enter the correct details for Chauffeur Meet and Greet or Valet Parking bookings as any input errors resulting in company drivers being kept waiting or late arrivals by clients may result in a £10 administration charge, payable to the driver locally.
2.11 - Customers must ensure that the vehicle they leave with the car parking company is in a roadworthy condition with valid road tax and current MOT if applicable. The car parking companies chauffeur drivers are fully insured by the company to drive your vehicle on the public highway.
2.12 - Sky Parking Services does not own or operate any car parks or meet and greet companies. Any products labelled "SPS Meet and Greet" are branded and discounted versions of other services at the airport. Any complaints will be forwarded on to the designated service provider.
3. Park and Ride / Self Park Parking Services:
3.1 - Please ensure you have directions to your car park, booking reference and the car park telephone number, and details of the entry and exit procedures for the car park. This is all available on your booking voucher -- any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from the customers’ failure to obtain valid directions will not be recompensed.
4. Chauffeur / Meet and Greet / Valet Parking Services:
4.1 - Please ensure you have the chauffeur’s telephone number, and details of arrival procedure as stated on your booking voucher -- any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from the customer’s failure to obtain this information will not be recompensed.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
5.1 - All bookings have a £1.95 booking fee which is non-refundable.
5.2 - All booking cancellations made the day of travel will be charged in full. Contact us at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance of your travel date to receive a full refund minus booking fee and any extras (cancellation cover, SMS).
5.3 - Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before will result in a £10 administration charge.
5.4 - Bookings for "Saver", "Non-amendable", "Non-Flex" products are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.

5.6 - Groupon/Wowcher are covered by free cancellation cover as long as your product is not listed as Non-refundable/Non-Amendable/Saver. Once booked your Groupon voucher is classed as redeemed. Should you obtain a refund for your Groupon/Wowcher voucher before we are able to redeem your voucher then your free cancellation cover will be void and a £10 cancellation fee will be chargeable for all refunds.
5.7 - All bookings are subject to a £5 amendment fee at the discretion of Sky Parking Services.
6. Parking Vouchers
6.1 - A Parking Voucher will be issued to each Sky Parking Services customer before departure from the UK. This voucher is a pre-paid voucher and must be presented to the parking supplier on request unless otherwise instructed.
6.2 - There are no credit card surcharges and all bookings include 20% VAT unless otherwise indicated.
7.1 - Seasonal price fluctuations may occur although the best prices will always be made available.
8. Large Vehicles
8.1 - Any vehicle larger than an MPV or Transit vans or trailers may not be accepted or incur additional charges. Please contact us for further information.
9.1 - Complaints should be made in writing to Sky Parking Services where ever possible. Alternatively you can submit your complaint via our contact page https://skyparkingservices.co.uk/contact
10. Links to other websites
10.1 - The Sky Parking Services web site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. Sky Parking Services does not control such websites and will not be responsible for their content or for any breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such third parties, which results in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your companions. Sky Parking Services is not responsible for the accuracy of opinions express in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by Sky Parking Services. Inclusion of any linked website on our site does not imply or constitute approval or endorsement of the linked website by Sky Parking Services. If you decide to leave our web site to access these third party sites, you do so at your own risk. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of websites operated by third parties will apply to you while on such sites. Sky Parking Services is not responsible for information provided by you to third parties.
11.1 - All lounge bookings are bound by our partner terms and conditions which are available by request.
12. Groupon Bookings
12.1 - All redeemed Groupon bookings are non-refundable.
12.2 - All online booking requests must be placed with at least 48 hours notice of your arrival. Sky Parking Services reserves the right to deny any booking requests made within 48 hours.
